This is an online form to help your request an invoice from accounts. It will make sure we get all the right information so we can get the invoice to your client ASAP.

When your choir does a public appearance for an arranged fee, your client will need to be presented with an invoice so that a payment can be made.

To save on double handling, and to speed up the process for you and your client, we’ve put together an “Invoice request Form” that will extract all the required details for the invoice.

Please use the form in the sidebar to request an invoice, and we will send it to your client as soon as possible.
