WOV NDIS GUIDELINES 

WOV members who are NDIS participants can claim their membership contributions through the NDIS. All they need to do is fill out the membership form in the sidebar and let us know where to send their invoices.    

COST

We charge NDIS participants $500 a year, or $125 a quarter.

We will usually charge under the line item “04_210_0125_6_1: Community Social and Recreational Activities.”

However, we are happy to be flexible if the participant has specific requirements for their funding. If the participant has specific requirements that they would like to chat to us about, they can contact us at withonevoice@creativityaustralia.org.au

SERVICE AGREEMENTS

Service agreements are formal agreements between providers and participants, which lay out the services provided and the costs of those services. Some plan managers prefer participants to have service agreements for all their providers, to formalise the process. We have a service agreement template available [here] for members who need it.
