“No Strings Sing” is a unique, inclusive, and commitment-free community experience designed to engage people who wouldn’t typically join a choir. Unlike traditional choir programs, this initiative removes barriers such as weekly commitment, performance pressure, and fear of not being a ‘good enough’ singer.

Each session is a standalone experience focused on joy, connection, empowerment, play, and creativity, ensuring participants feel safe, welcome, and encouraged to explore their voices and bodies. A sure-fire way to feel great, and to meet some like-minded people from your community.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Click Below to expand
Do I need to be a good singer to enjoy No Strings Sing?

Nah, there are no trophies or certificates for being in tune, or in time, or getting your lyrics right. All there is to gain from the experience is joy and connection, and we guarantee everyone will find it!

What if I can't read?

That’s ok. No need to read music, or words, or anything really. You’ll be through some activities that will help you breathe, move, play, and make some interesting sounds together.

I am unable to walk. Can I still come?

Yes! This is an inclusive event, and you can meet it wherever you’re at. Some activities will require movement, but there will be alternatives for anyone who requires them.

What style of music is it?

The workshop will focus less on songs, and more on activities that get us using our breath, bodies and voices to connect and experience joy.

Can I bring my children?

Sure! Children are allowed, but we do ask that you supervise them at all times, and purchase a ticket for them.

I'm tone deaf. Can I still come?

Of course. This isn’t about being a “good” or “bad” singer. It’s about tapping into ancient primal systems in our body that create joy and connection when we sing and move together.
