WELCOME!

We hope being part of this choir will bring you happiness, connection, friendships, opportunities, new skills and an improved sense of belonging. And we hope you’ll get to experience the joy that singing together brings us – in rehearsals and performances.

The choir is supported by Creativity Australia, a not-for-profit charity, which provides support and structure. It is YOUR choir, YOUR community, and as with most things, you will get out of it what you put in. We recommend that you get involved, not just participate, and help us create a healthy, happy community for yourself and for others.

Your first session is ABSOLUTELY FREE – no catches, no obligations. Come on down and experience the joy of singing together. 

MEMBERSHIP

Once you’ve decided to commit, we have a very flexible membership model where members contribute what they can. (This caters to most people’s financial situations.)

Contributions can be made in the form of tax-exempt donations to the organisation.

As a movement of inclusive choirs, our first priority is to ensure that everyone is able to participate, regardless of how much they are able to contribute.

However, the choir has weekly costs that need to be covered (our incredible conductor and the terrific venue). All members will receive a With One Voice t-shirt as part of their membership that can be worn for performances. Most importantly though, your fees support those in our choirs who can’t afford to contribute themselves. If your situation changes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your membership according to your ability to contribute – we don’t want price to be a barrier of entry for anyone.
